Wycombe / Aston Masjid Appeal 2019
Masjid Al Ansaar 2019 Appeal
All praise is due to the Almighty for allowing us to reach our target before the end of Ramadan.
We have decided to extend the target to allow us to build a classroom in an orphanage at a cost of £2000. If we don't reach this then the extra will be spent on a well.
Please continue with your donations and help us all achieve something great for our Akhirah.
“Allah said ‘O son of Adam! Spend, and I shall spend on you’.” Bukhaari / Muslim
2018 proved fruitful for us as we were able to raise funds to have Masjid Haq and a deep well built in Uganda. May Allah the Almighty accept and reward all those that took part.
This year we hope to be just as ambitious and match, if not surpass (Insh'Allah) last years total and build another Masjid, again in Uganda. If like last year we exceed our target the remaining will be spent on another amazing project which we have lined up.
We all hopefully saw the videos and pictures of what we managed to have built last year and should all now be aware of the reward for building a Masjid for the Ummah.
The Prophet SAW said “Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow’s nest or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” Ibn Maajah
The target for this year is £4500. This will Insh’Allah cover the cost for the building of a Masjid with carpets, a large number of Quran’s for the local community in Uganda.
This target may look daunting but through the Grace and Blessings of the Almighty, one which we can more than achieve by Eid (which ever day you do it lol).
The building of this Masjid will Insh'Allah provide us with Sadaqa Jarihya and will be a way for a person to continue to earn blessings even after death.
On our own these tasks can prove to be very difficult, but together we can achieve so much more.
Give generously my brothers, this will Insh'Allah intercede for us and our families on Youmal Qiyamah and weigh heavily on our scales.
Insh'Allah we will also get to raise for the 2nd project we have been offered.Allah acept our intentions.
Sadaqa and Lillah accepted for this project.
About 1Eid Celebration Committee
How an Eid Festival managed to use its platform to help those in need
Al-Nu’man ibn Bashir reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.”

1Eid's intention was to be global and fulfill our aims of social inclusion and bringing communities together. Since 2007 our dawah has grown to support and facilitate dawah events and festivals throughout the UK building bridges in the community and spreading a positive message and image of the beautiful faith of Islam.
Our platform has also been used successfully to make awareness of those less fortunate, thus 1Eid serves both purposes through our donors, to give people their basic human needs (food/water/shelter / education/ healthcare) but also the human need of joy, hope and community which is just as important. You can’t just send Eid gifts to children and ignore the plight of the family unit especially if they lack basic needs such as shelter and food.
1Eid has been able to achieve tremendous work in the UK but also use our platform to support those abroad as this is the very essence of Eid itself, to want for others what you want for yourself.
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.”
In another narration, the Prophet said, “Until he loves for his neighbor what he loves for himself.”
